The surf lessons have 2 hours of duration and include:

• Lecture: About 15 minutes of brief explanations and key concepts in the surf.
• Warm up in the sand: Games and some activities to warm muscles and joints.
• Surf equipment: Surfboard, wetsuit and wax.
• Instructors certified by the Spanish Surfing Federation (FES).
• All insurances included.
• Video & Photographic reportage to remember your surfing experience in Costa de la Luz Cadiz.
