Question: How do I know my booking is confirmed?

Once the availability of the house is confirmed by LivingCadiz, you should pay the amount requested in advance (30% prepayment as guarantee) and send by email a bank transfer proof of payment.

After that, you will receive a email confirming your booking with the details of the house, arrival time, departure time, the remaining amount of the booking. You can also find any additional information needed.

Question: What is included in the price?

The price of the booking contains only the rent of the house, during the specified dates.

Additional services such as sports activities are not included in the rent of the house.

Question: How I make the payment to book the house?

Once the availability is confirmed you will have to make a bank transfer of the 30% of the  total amount.

Then you will receive an email confirming the booking of the house and three different amounts:

Total Price: The final price you end up paying to the rent the house. 
Pre-payment: Amount requested to guarantee your reservation. It is paid by bank transfer. 
Remaining amount: The amount to be paid at the house on the check-in date.

Question: When should I pay the remaining amount of the reservation?

The remaining amount of the reservation will be paid at the house on arrival day, showing the booking confirmation email printed of LivingCadiz. This remaining amount will be paid in cash and LivingCadiz staff will give you the keys of the house.

Question: How can I cancel or modify my booking?

To modify or booking cancellation please contact LivingCadiz by email as soon as possible: reservas@livingcadiz.com

Question: In case of booking cancellation, how much money i will be penalized?

Cancellations have a penalty of the pre-payment amount of the booking which may vary depending on how early it is notified.

Question: In case of emergency, what i have to do?

Question: ¿Who will welcome me and give me the keys of the house?

Once you have received the booking confirmation email you will know the arrival time at the accommodation. On the check-in day LivingCadiz staff will be waiting for you at the house to give you the keys and to receive the payment pending at arrival of your booking. Please bring your booking confirmation email printed.

Question: How many persons can sleep at the house?

In the moment you are requesting availability of the house you should tell us how many persons are you coming.

If on the check-in day you are coming more/less persons then the number indicated in the booking confirmation, LivingCadiz staff has the rights to NOT give you the keys of the house and to cancel the reservation in that moment.
