After your request, we will evaluate the property and let you know if we consider it appropriate for short stay rentals for tourists. Sometimes, we suggest some decoration changes to make the apartment/villa more attractive for our customers.
After the first visit, we sign a collaboration agreement to work together and we will send our photographer to the apartment/villa. About a week later, you will see the presentation of your property on LivingCadiz website.
In that moment you have two options of collaboration:
1. Booking Management:
We will manage the reservations and we will send to you only confirmed reservations. When the customer completes the payment of the reservation deposit (% of our commission) the reservation is confirmed and in the check-in day the guest will pay the rest of the reservation by cash or credit card.
This option is not subject to exclusivity, you can rent your property with other agencies if desired.
This option requires big responsibility by the owner: the cleaning management of the villa/apartment, always keep updated the booking calendar and inform us of the changes, delivery of keys, collect the rent, guest service during their stay and review of the property the day of check-out.
2. Property Full-Management:
We can offer the full-management of the property. That’s means we take care of all owner’s responsibilities, including the above tasks if required, in exchange of a commission for every confirmed booking. This is a good option for those property owners who live in another city, or simply do not want to get involved in the daily routines maintain of the vacation rental.
Every month we will settle all bookings with check-out within the previous month.
