Booking conditions

Pre-payment of 30% of the total amount. 70% remaining in cash on arrival.
Damage Deposit: 200€ (cash).
Cleaning fee: 40€.

Cancellation Policy

The traveler can cancel the reservation without penalty with more than 30 days upon arrival. Otherwise, it will penalize with 100% of the prepayment made by bank transfer.

3 - People who are not specified in the reservation are not allowed to sleep the house.
