Cancellation policy

Cancellations with less than 30 days to the arrival date, will be penalized with 100% of the amount advanced for the reservation. Free cancellation with more than 30 days to the arrival date.

Calma House is a completely new and modern house with two bedrooms (5 people), garden, swimming pool, BBQ and private parking, 6 km without traffic, from the Blue Flag beaches of Roche and Novo Sancti Petri (La Barrosa). At 500m there are shops, bars and restaurants of El Colorado.

Calma house is built of wood, with an area of ​​115m2, located on a 600m2 private plot with a parking area for 3 cars. The house has a large terrace overlooking the 9x4m pool, a spacious and open kitchen-dining room-living room with large access windows and views of the garden and pool. From the dining room there is access to a hall that gives access to the two bedrooms and the bathroom with shower. One bedroom with a double bed and another with 2 or 3 single beds and built-in wardrobes. The house is quite spacious and with good lighting due to its south orientation. The windows have mosquito nets and there is air conditioning in the living room.

Calma house kitchen is spacious and has all top-quality appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, etc.). The dining room has a large table for 6 people. The living room two comfortable sofas, flat TV. From all spaces you can access the terrace and enjoy the view of the pool and garden.

The large terrace in front of the pool, has a table for 6 people to enjoy a barbecue breakfast or dinner, as well as garden furniture to relax and read a book. There is a garden area for children to play. In addition to a BBQ. In front of the terrace is the 9x4m pool with outside shower, sun loungers and relaxing seats.
