THE NEIGHBORHOOD

It is a very quiet, perfect place to get away and relax from the city. You will hear the birds in the morning and the beach is less than 200 meters. There are supermarkets and some restaurants in the area within 200 meters.

HOW TO MOVE AROUND

With a poor transport public service, we recommend you drive your own car or ride a bike.

Rules of the house

2. Turning off lights and electronic devices before every time you leave the place.
3. People from out the reservation aren’t allowed to get in the house.
4. No parties nor Pets are allowed.
5. Respect for the neighborhoods sleep.
6. Let know the host about any problem in the property during the stay.
7. Please, bear in mind the water is NOT potable.
8. Please, do NOT throw away paper in the toilet.

We introduce you the Campechana house for rent in El Palmar beach. A new house with garden for holiday rentals per week, week-ends, in the Surf beach El Palmar. It has 3 bedrooms, full-equipped kitchen, living room with TV, sofas, table for have meals and bathroom with shower.
In this holidays house you have one double bedroom with a double bed, night desks and wardrobe. The second bedroom has one single bed and is equipped with a night desk and wardrobe. The third bedroom is the main one, you have one double bed, one chest of drawers, a small room for the wardrobe, and night desks. All bedrooms have a window to the garden.
In the living room you have two sofas, table, TV and a fireplace to warm in the winter nights.
The Campechana holiday house with garden in El Palmar have a private parking for two cars, Barbecue area, table and chairs to enjoy a dinner and the best of the house its wonderful and big terrace in the top of the house. From here you can chill for the sunsets and have morning breakfasts with sea and Conil de la Frontera white village’s views.

Campechana house has basic appliances to enjoy during the stay in Costa de la Luz, El Palmar beach: Fridge, Coffee machine, Microwaves, 4 Gas hubs and full-equipped kitchen with all necessary to cook any meal.

The house is located 300 meters from the sand of the beach in a quiet area surrounded by fields and with a little supermarket, restaurant/cafe and a local meat shop within 4 minutes by foot.
