* In low season (January, February, March, April and November) does not include Easter, reservations can be less than a week.
** In the middle season [May-June-September and October] the minimum stays are one week and the Check-ins on Sundays.
*** In high season [July-August] the minimum stays are two weeks and the Check-in on Sundays.
**** Prices above are for 4 people occupancy and 6 people in high season. In case you are 6 people, the price increases by € 140 / week in mid-low season; and in case you are 7 people, the price increase by € 70 / week in low-mid season

Booking conditions

Prepaid of 40% to confirm the reservation by bank transfer and 60% in cash on arrival.
Refundable damage deposit: € 300 (cash).
Check-ins from 17: 00.
Check-outs at 10:00 or earlier.
* Arrival time can be flexible, as soon as the Villa is ready, you can enter, if necessary you could leave the luggage until the Villa is ready.
** Check-ins after 9:00 pm and check-outs before 8:00 have a surcharge of € 20.

House rules

1 - Respect and care of the property.
2 - Turn off lights and electronic devices every time you leave the house.
3 - People who are not specified in the reservation are not allowed to enter in the house.
4 - Parties and pets are not accepted in the house.
5 - Respect the neighbors.
6 - Communicate to the host about any problem in the property during the stay.

The neighborhood

There are a couple of bars / restaurants within a 15 minute walk along the comarcal road (Venta Cabo Roche or Club Nautico), plus there is a 10-minutes drive from Conil, 40 minutes from Jerez, Cadiz and Tarifa while Seville is about 90 minutes. The "white villages" of Vejer and Medina are only 20 minutes away. The nearest supermarket (in Conil) is 10 minutes away by car, and there is a wide range of water sports and golf courses offered within in 10 minutes around. The area does not have much access to public transportation then it is best to move by car or bicycle.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation, the 40% delivered to make the reservation will not be refunded. In case of demonstrable cancellation, the pre-payment to make the reservation will not be refunded, but a voucher of the amount received will be offered to be exchanged for one year from the signing of the booking rental form. This change will be made only once and a new budget must be calculated according to the reservation period / number of people

Karmel house is located halfway between the fishing port and Conil town, its large garden (about 1,100 m2) is the ideal place to enjoy a beautiful family holiday in Costa de la Luz Cádiz surrounded by nature and beaches that fall in love with its sunsets.

Karmel house is designed on one floor and consists of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub, open and fully equipped kitchen, and large living / dining room, with windows and access to the garden and the terrace with private pool.
On the other hand and annex to the main house there is the third bedroom with 3 single beds and 1 bathroom with shower.

It is a very cozy house for rent that has a beautiful natural clay floor, high ceilings with wooden beams, fireplace and 2 terraces equipped with tables and chairs. A house that also has all the amenities (fully equipped kitchen, WiFi Internet, flat TV). In the large garden of the house you have a private pool of 11 x 4 meters which gives the sun all day in summer, a barbecue and several sun-beds for sunbathing in its large garden.

Karmel house is located just under 700 meters on foot or by bike from the nearest beach Cala de Aceite. The other nearest beaches are “Calas de Conil” about 2 km away, and the beautiful open beach for surfing in Roche just 3 km away. At night, all you hear is the noise of the sea and the nightingales and owls.
