Nestled in a centenary pine forest, the Villa Abuelo Juan is 2 km. from the Calas de Roche (with its traditional fishing port where they still use the art of trap fishing (“Almadrabas”) and also a strategic point for the sighting of dolphins and whales). just 3 km. from the town of Conil de la Frontera is the ideal place to enjoy a beautiful family vacation on the Costa de la Luz in Cádiz surrounded by nature and beaches that make you fall in love with their sunsets.
Villa Abuelo Juan is a rustic style villa on a plot of 1,500 square meters with the aesthetics of a traditional Andalusian house and through the use of noble materials that provide warmth, Villa Abuelo Juan will make you feel at home, since it has been built with a lot of love and demanding eyes, thinking about each of the details for greater comfort and enjoyment for the whole family
Villa Abuelo Juan is distributed in a wide living room, open kitchen and four large double rooms with en suite bathrooms, very bright, with beautiful views of the gardens and exteriors, built-in wardrobes, flat TV, high-speed internet connection, Air conditioned in each bedroom and built-in bathroom for greater privacy of all guests.
The main bedroom has a 1.80 meters bed with two independent folding mattresses and a hydromassage bathtub to enjoy a pleasant relaxing bath. Its large kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, also having a large central island with high stools, which invites you to have a family breakfast or vermouth while preparing a delicious meal overlooking the garden.
The 70 m2 living room surrounded by French windows is very cozy and bright, with gabled ceilings up to 7m high and wooden frameworks divided into several spaces, a dining area, a reading corner and a living area, the latter being perhaps due to its huge fireplace the favorite corner for a table chat that can be endless. It also has two air conditioning units and two beautiful fans if what you want is a fresh environment.
Regarding the exteriors, Villa Abuelo Juan has a beautiful garden with lots of flowers and fruit trees that you can taste directly, a private pool, a parking area with capacity for at least 4 vehicles, and a doggy house for your adorable pet, a chicken coop to enjoy fresh eggs every morning and a porch with barbecue where the shade of a grape vine will make you spend unforgettable evenings. It also has a traditional wood-fired oven to be able to prepare and enjoy an authentic flavor in its breads and roasts.
