Booking conditions

Prepayment of 35% to confirm reservation by bank transfer and 65% in cash upon arrival.
Cleaning fee: 80€
Refundable security deposit: € 300 (cash on arrival).
Check-in from 3pm.
Check-out at 10:30 or before.
* The arrival time can be flexible, as soon as the Villa is ready, you can enter, if it is necessary to leave luggage until the house is ready it is also possible.
** Check-in after 9:00 p.m. and check-out before 8:00 a.m. have € 20 extra cost.

Cancellation policy

* In case of demonstrable cancellation due to covid reasons, the pre-payment transferred to make the reservation will not be refunded, but a voucher of the amount received will be offered to the guest to be exchanged for one year from the signing date of the reservation contract. This change will be made only once and, if applicable, a new budget must be calculated according to the reservation period / number of people.
** In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% of the prepayment will be penalized.

Villa Dakar, we introduce you this spectacular rustic villa renovated and decorated with great taste. It has a private salt pool, large garden with a tree little house and private parking. It is located in a very quiet area perfect to rest on your vacation and a few minutes walk from the still “wild” beach of Mangueta or Zahora.

At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, in the heart of Zahora but a 20-minute walk from the beach, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, here it is Villa Dakar.
This 155-square-meter villa for rent in Zahora spread over two floors is one of the oldest houses in the area, which has been extensively renovated on several occasions using antique pieces, such as the two entrance doors, the wooden beams and windows on the ground floor, the hydraulic floor of the kitchen and the tiles on the porch that surround the house that come from a demolition of historic houses in Cadiz from the 19th century, giving it all a unique and personal charm.
The bathroom on the upper floor has also been renovated and expanded, which has been enlarged towards the outside of the house by installing a glass ceiling and large windows that allow you to see the sky and a 180º view while taking a shower or you can enjoy your bathtub view.
In the 400-square-meter garden, an 8×3-meter salt pool has been built, with three loungers protected by a straw umbrella, as well as a 2×2-meter wooden house in one of the centennial olive trees that is located in the center of the garden which has a 2×90 meter bed, a bedside table, window and electricity, and which is accessed by stairs with a rope railing. Under it a hammock has been installed to enjoy the quiet and intimacy of the garden, which in the late afternoon takes on particularly pleasant tones.
The entire ground floor is open plan, giving a feeling of spaciousness and allowing you to share with family or friends even in different rooms, only visually delimited by wooden beams. The living room consists of a 55´´ Samsung TV from the year 2020 connected for WIFI to the internet (Fiber optic), four-seater sofa with chaise longe, individual armchair plus handmade coffee table, latest generation insert fireplace that also heats the rooms upstairs and four lamps with warm light that provides a very cozy atmosphere.
The dining room consists of a handmade author’s table and six chairs plus various storage units, one of which is an antique and a wine rack with six wine glasses.
The kitchen is fully equipped, orange SMEG refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and complete cutlery plus kitchenware.
This floor also has a small bathroom.
The stairs that join the two floors have a large 2×1.60 meter window that floods it with light, as well as a large painting by the international African artist ´Salifou Lindou´.
On the upper floor there are three bedrooms that open onto a common corridor and a large bathroom.
The main room has a 2×1.80 mattress from the year 2020 plus a headboard by the international African painter ´Joel Mppah Dooh´, a built-in wardrobe, two dressers, a mirror and air conditioning since, due to its orientation, it is the only room of the house that requires it. The room also has a private terrace that overlooks the entrance porch of the house.
The second room has a dressing room made by hand in Flanders pine wood and separated from it, a wooden floor room with a 2×1.80 bed from the year 2020, two small shelves that act as a bedside table plus two lamps, as well as a reading chair, a lamp, a rug and its side table.
The third room has a 2×1.50 bed from 2019, an antique headboard and bedside table plus a small closet.
The outdoors of the house has two porches, a porch with plants at the entrance of the house and another that overlooks the garden and consists of three small outdoor sofas with two seats each, a central table and a pergola.
Apart from the above described, the house has 4 parking spaces.
As a curiosity to say that the marble floor of the house comes from the demolition of an old church in Seville, the roof tiles also come from the demolition of an 18th century farmhouse in Seville and the bricks seen from the exterior of the house are made by hand in the Triana neighborhood of Seville.

Villa Dakar has all kinds of equipment and kitchen utensils for a pleasant stay in one of the most authentic areas of the Cadiz coast.

Pets are not accepted. In summer you can count on a summer garden prepared with seasonal vegetables and fruits: tomatoes, peppers…
