* If you rent for less than 4 weeks at the check-in date, you pay 100% of the rental in advance.

The Neighborhood
Walking distance: golf course, restaurants, tennis court, football, etc .. By car: Supermarket, Pharmacy, Horse riding, Sancti Petri Hills Golf, beaches with surf / kite-surfing. A perfect place to disconnect and be in contact with nature. The area does not have much access to public transport, so it is best to get around by private car or bicycle.
