High Season (1st July to 31st August) | Minimum stay 7 nights:

Low Season (Rest of the year) | Minimum stay 3 nights:

Kids less than 3 y.o. don't pay.

Conditions to book

Pre-payment of 30% of the total amount.
Damage Deposit: 150€ (cash).
Cleaning fee: 40€.

Rules of the house

1. Respect and care the property.
2. Turning off lights and electronic devices before every time you leave the place.
3. People from out the reservation aren’t allowed to get in the house.
4. No parties allowed in the apartment.
5. Respect for the neighborhoods sleep.
6. Let know the host about any problem in the property during the stay.
7. Please, bear in mind the water is NOT potable.
8. Please, do NOT throw away paper in the toilet

The Neighborhood

It is a very quiet area, perfect place to get away from the city. You will hear the birds in the morning and the beach is less than 200 meters. There are supermarkets and some restaurants (most of them open in spring/summer season) in the area within 300 meters. The area does not have good public service so take your car is the best option or rent a bike (contact us before)

It is located in a parcel with other houses. Tranquility and relax atmosphere is what you will find by staying in this vacation rental, it is perfect for families with kids or romantic travelers. This charming house for rent near the beach (10-15 minutes walking distance) has all kind of equipment for a pleasant stay in this authentic and unspoiled area of Costa de la Luz

The house is built on two levels, upstairs there are two single beds that can be joined with wardrobe, chests, we can say it is the kid’s area. Some toys and table games are available for all the family. Downstairs you have the open full-equipped kitchen with the living room, bathroom with a shower and the master bedroom with wardrobe, bedside tables and a double size bed.

The community is very quiet, we do not usually accept pets. The house is completely surrounded by a fence. There are two outdoor showers one of them with hot water that you can enjoy after a day in the beach. With only 15 minutes by car you can visit Vejer de la Frontera (one of the most beautiful white village in Andalusia), Caños de Meca, or Conil de la Frontera. The nearest restaurant/bar is called Saboy (open all the year long) and there are some other chiringuitos in Zahora beach like Sajorami, Palapas or chiringuito de Juan normally open in spring/summer season.
