Booking Conditions

For all bookings we have a strict policy of minimum age of 25 y.o. requierement
25% Prepayment to confirm booking and bank transfer 75% six weeks before the check-in.
Refundable security deposit: € 400 (cash).
Check-in from: 16:00 to 23: 00.
Check-out at 11:00.

Discounts for long stays *

* not valid from June to September inclusive
14 nights: -10%.
15 to 21 nights: -15%.
More than 22 nights: -20%.

Cancellation policy

All payments are non-refundable. We advise that are interested in booking travel insurance.

House rules

1-. Respect and care for the property.
2.- Turn off lights and electronics whenever you leave the house.
3.- People who are not specified in the reservation are not allowed to enter home.
4.- No parties allowed in the house.
5.- Respect and rest of the neighbors.
6.- Communicate the host about any problems in the property during the stay.
7.- Do not drink tap water is not potable.

The area

It is a very quiet area perfect to get away from the routine and the city rhythm, you will hear the birds in the morning and the beach is less than 700 meters. Supermarkets and various restaurants and bars in the area within 300 meters. Vejer de la Frontera is a 15-minute drive, and the beaches of Los Caños de Meca are within 5 km. The area does not have much access to public transport, so then we recommend to move by car or bicycle.

Zahorama House is located 700 m. from one of the most wild and unspoiled beaches on the Costa de la Luz, the beach of Zahora. It is a perfect house for large families or groups because it can sleep up to 12 people in the house. Zahorama house is rented for weeks and features a big garden, barbecues, saltwater pool, Norwich Spa, and more!

We are glad to introduce you the Zahorama villa, wonderful house for rent during your holiday with a capacity for 8-12 people close to the wild beach Zahora. Without a doubt one of the best houses that we offer the travelers who visit the Costa de la Luz is this one, Zahorama, with a private saltwater pool available all the year long, a wooden hut that serves as a Spa room, a small outdoor stone bath with hot and cold water, wireless Internet access, 2 barbecues in the garden, Air conditioning in all rooms (hot / cold) and located just 700 meters from the quiet beach of the Costa de la Luz, Zahora.

With a very Andalusian décor and all kinds of details this house is divided into two separate parts. The main house which sleeps 8 people and has a large living room with fireplace, TV, sofa and chairs, coffee table and dining table, an open kitchen with all appliances and utensils to cook your meals, 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor one with queen size bed and the other with two single beds; and on the top floor attic type, there is the third four-bedroom with two single beds and a double double. There is a bathroom with shower.

If you are coming more than 8 persons, within the same plot there is an annex apartment with a capacity of 4 people in the house with a quadruple bedroom with a queen size bed and a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with an sink and a small refrigerator. During high season (June to September) we offer the house and the annex as a whole, see price list tab above. In other seasons you can book only the main house or the main house with annex (not possible to book only the Annex apartment).

Not far from the house you will find a varied cuisine, small shops (butcher, tobacco shop …), a couple of supermarkets and local type bar / pub open throughout the day in the high season.

The house overlooks the sea and the natural park of La Breña. There is a big private garden and terrace with barbecue area. We deliver a sack of firewood per week to the sauna (or for fireplaces) without additional cost.

Undoubtedly, this vacation house for big families or groups has very good facilities that guarantee relaxing moments with the pool and Spa area no matter the weather.
