The neighborhood

Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, beach. By car: pharmacy, horseback riding, surfing or SUP. A perfect place to disconnect and stay in touch with nature. The best option is to move by car or bicycle. We offer bike hire, please indicate in the form below.

House rules

1 - Respect and Care the house and equipment.
2 - Turn off lights and electronics whenever you leave the house.
3 - People who are not specified in the reservation are not allowed to enter inside the house.
4 - No parties nor pets in the house are allowed.
5 - Respect the rest of the neighbors.
6 - Communicate to host about any problems on the property during the stay.
7 - Do not drink tap water is not drinkable
8 - Make responsible use of water and light.
9 - Please, do NOT throw away paper in the toilet.
10 - Hot water boiler is 90L.

Zuria house 2, newly built house on the beach of El Palmar, Vejer de la Frontera. It sleeps four people in a master bedroom with double bed; and a secondary bedroom with a triple bunk bed. This holiday house for rent is perfect for families with children or two couples. It is located in a quiet area about 700 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of El Palmar.
It is distributed on one floor, the bedrooms equipped with bedside table, wardrobes, electric blinds. In the master bedroom there is a window with access to the rear where there is a drying rack, an outdoor shower and a storage room with washing machine, parasols and other beach utensils. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances: dishwasher, fridge / freezer and all utensils needed for breakfast and lunch during your deserved holidays in El Palmar Costa de la Luz. The living room has a double sofa, two single sofas, coffee table, TV and lamp. The bathroom with a shower full of light from outside, there is an electric boiler (90L.) to warm water. Rent this house on your next vacation, enjoy its private garden with sun terrace. It is a perfect choice for two couples or a family with two children who want to to disconnect and relax from the routine in a place that transmits tranquility surrounded by nature.

This family holiday house on the beach El Palmar is very cozy, with very new furniture and very functional and care equipment. It has all kind of equipments for a pleasant stay in this beach of Cadiz coast increasingly fashionable where you can enjoy the surf season, beach bars and music lives during the evenings from June to August.
Supermarkets and restaurants are about 15 minutes walk. If you come in your own vehicle, you have inside the plot a private space to park your vehicle. Also if you want to get around by bike you can also rent one or more of which we have at your disposal.

For big families you can check availability in this house Zuria 2 and Zuria 1 which is located next to it. Total capacity of the two houses would be 10 persons.
