Neighborhood
From 10-20 minutes walking distance to the grocery store, some good restaurants and the sand of the beach. Only 5-10 minutes by car to the Pharmacy, Local fish/meat shop, horse riding and surf / kite-surfing. A perfect place to disconnect and get in touch with nature. The best option is to get around by own car or bicycle

Palmito House is 1-bedroom house with terrace in a very nice and quiet area all the year long. Within only 15-20 minutes walking distance to the fine and gold sand of El Palmar beach. Come and enjoy a weekend or a week off surrounded by nature!
Palmito House is 50 sq. meters located in a really quiet area in El Palmar beach all the year long where the cocks and birds are heard in the morning and the fine golden sand of the beach is few minutes walking distance, (20 minutes walk approx.)
This holiday house for rent with private terrace in El Palmar beach is full-equipped with Internet WiFi access, 1 double bedroom, living/dining area, open kitchen with gas, one bathroom with shower, and private parking.
