The neighbough
By car: Beaches, Supermarkets, Horse riding, Golf courses. A perfect place to disconnect and be in contact with nature. The area does not have much access to public transportation so it is best to get around by private car or bicycle.

Suroestes House is a 3,500 m2 farm located in Colorado, between Conil and Chiclana, a perfect rural area to disconnect during the holidays. It has a private 8×4 meter pool, extensive garden, barbecue area, orchard with fruit trees and two covered parking spaces. The house is equipped for wheelchairs. It has ramps, wide doors and one of the two adapted bathrooms.
Suroestes House has an entrance to the house designed with a 100 square meter patio and a porch, decorated with bougainvillea and terrace furniture, which gives it identity and invites you to share the space with family or friends. The house has 150 meters distributed in three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen and the living room with sofa bed and fireplace for the winter months. The living room and three bedrooms have air conditioning.
Suroestes House has a fully-equipped-kitchen with a butane gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, dishwasher, dishes, electric oven, glassware and complete cutlery plus kitchenware. The water is heated thanks to solar panels. The main room has a 1.50m x 1.90m mattress with an iron headboard, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror. The room also has a private bathroom. The second room has a 1.40m x 2.00m bed with a built-in wardrobe and a desk. The third room has two 90 cm single beds plus a small closet. The main bathroom located in the hallway has a wide door, a roll-in shower and a toilet with a grab bar.
