Booking conditions

30% prepayment to confirm reservation and 70% cash on arrival.
Cleaning fee: 100€.
Refundable security deposit: 300 € (cash on arrival).
Check-ins: from 15:00 - 20:00.
Departures from 11: 00-12: 00.

House Rules

3 - People who are not specified in the reservation are not allowed to enter in the house.
4 - Parties and pets are not accepted in the house.

6 - Communicate to the host about any problem in the property during the stay.

The Neighborhood

There are a couple of bars / restaurants within a 15 minute walk to Barrosa beach, it is also a 5 minute drive to Chiclana de la Frontera, 40 minutes to Jerez, Cádiz capital and Tarifa. Seville is about 90 minutes. The "white villages" of Vejer and Medina are only 25 minutes away. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes away, and there is a wide selection of water sports and golf courses on offer within a 10 minute radius. The area does not have much access to public transport, so it is best to get around by car or bicycle.

Cancellation policy

* In the case of a demonstrable cancellation due to covid reasons, the 30% prepayment transferred to make the reservation the reservation will not be refunded, but a voucher of the amount received will be offered to be exchanged for a new period from the first signing date of the reservation. This change can be done once and, if applicable, a new budget must be calculated according to the new reservation period / number of people.
** In case of cancellation with less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% of the prepayment will be penalized.

Beautiful Villa La Barrosa is a 90 m2 Villa with private pool for vacation rental, very well equipped, composed of 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and another one ensuite with shower), furnished terraces, large garden of 1,000 m2 and two private parking spaces. It is located in one of the best areas of Playa de la Barrosa , about 3 km. from the sand of the beach, and less than 1 km. of restaurants and bars area. It is an idyllic place to disconnect and enjoy our amazing Costa de la Luz in Cádiz.

Beautiful Villa La Barrosa has all kinds of amenities, adapted for people with reduced mobility as it is distributed on one floor and has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one is en suite in the master bedroom). All rooms have sheets, blankets and bath towels as well as wardrobes and bedside tables. The large living room has a wooden table and chairs for meals, a low table with TV and 2 sofas, a sliding window to enter and get out to the terrace, garden and pool. The villa has A/C in the living room and master bedroom , two fans and WiFi Internet. There is also a fully equipped independent kitchen with vitro, oven, microwave, dishwasher, iron, coffee makers, fridge and toaster, crockery and complete utensils for any meal.
